August 2011 Winner – David Bradin
David helped a pharmaceutical company obtain worldwide patent protection around its key drugs, which helped the company go public.
He was also instrumental in forming the backbone of two major deals with other pharmaceutical companies and played an important role in winning an arbitration against a large pharmaceutical company. In addition to being an accomplished IP attorney, David is an award winning inventor for his improved synthesis of butane tetracarboxylic acid.
