Steve is the Chief IP counsel for Fluidigm Corp., located in South San Francisco. Over the last year, Steve has been instrumental in a number of key corporate transactions that have been critical to the success of the business. In particular, Steve has overseen issues relating to the IPO of Fluidigm, as well as cross-licensing and sub-licensing agreements on a range of intellectual property, with another company in order to bring valuable assets to Fluidigm. Steve has also been instrumental in the preparation and prosecution of key patents protecting Fluidigm’s important corporate assets.

In addition to the tremendous skill and value Steve brings to the business, he also has been a great mentor and friend to a myriad of colleagues in the IP community.
